GAIL FRASER began her writing career in 2004 with The Lumby Lines, which became the first of the five-novel series published by Penguin Group. Subsequent books includedStealing Lumby, Lumby’s Bounty, The Promise of Lumby andLumby on the Air. With her husband, artist Art Poulin, she co-authored Finding Happiness In Simplicity (Lyons 2012).
Prior to becoming a full-time author, Gail had a long and successful career in corporate America, ultimately holding senior executive and c-level positions in several Fortune 500 corporations and start-up companies. Her path allowed her to work with some of the most respected companies in the world, traveling to twenty-four countries with extended stays in Asia, Europe and Australia. Gail was raised in Rye, New York, and graduated from Skidmore College, with a BA, and the University of Connecticut with an MBA, with graduate work done at Harvard University. Gail and Art live in upstate New York, on a forty-acre gentleman’s farm named Lazy Goose, which has been featured in many newspapers and national magazines. In addition to writing, Gail is an avid stoneware potter, heirloom vegetable gardener and cook, and enjoys tending to their orchard and bee hives most every morning even through the winter months.
