Shara Moon

SHARA MOON is a first-generation Haitian American writer and amateur historian who enjoys exploring black world history. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, an alum of the City College of New York, and a former writing instructor. She has published numerous contemporary and historical romances as USA Today bestselling author Lena Hart, with starred reviews from Library Journal and features in the Washington Post and Shondaland. Her debut historical fiction novel, OUR NEW DAY BEGUN, and follow-up novel, GOLD STAR MOTHERS, are forthcoming from William Morrow/Harper Collins.
