
MARGARET DILLOWAY is the internationally published author of critically acclaimed middle grade and women’s fiction novels. Her middle grade contemporary novels, including Summer of a Thousand Pies, Five Things About Ava Andrews, and the forthcoming Where the Sky Lives (2022) are published by Balzer + Bray/HarperCollins. She is also the author of the American Library Association Asian/Pacific Islander Honor Award-winning Momotaro middle grade fantasy series (Little, Brown/Hachette), about a contemporary half-Japanese boy who discovers that he’s a legendary warrior.
Margaret sits on the board of San Diego Writers, Ink, where she sometimes teaches. She lives in San Diego with her husband, three kids, and a fluffy Goldendoodle named Gatsby, who co-stars in the Momotaro series.
