MARY MCCOY is a librarian at the Los Angeles Public Library and the author of the young adult novels Indestructible Object (Simon & Schuster Children’s), Dead to Me (Disney-Hyperion), Camp So-and-So (Carolrhoda Lab), and the 2019 Printz Honor Book I, Claudia (Carolrhoda Lab). Mary grew up in western Pennsylvania and holds degrees from Rhodes College and the University of Wisconsin. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and son.
